Our MissionWhy we created Setup and Sell
Setup and Sell started during our founder's freelancing years. Again and again, new clients arrived frustrated with their previous helpers — slow responses, vague pricing, and tech talk nobody asked for.
Those problems looked fixable. So we built a company around one idea: care about the customer's needs and experience first, and build the technology around that.
That is still our mission today: fast websites and reliable systems, with the busywork automated — explained in words anyone can follow.

We keep a small core team on purpose. Each member brings 10+ years in their craft — web engineering, automation, and content — and small means the people you talk to are the people doing the work.
How we work: quotes are fixed and agreed before anything starts, every step is explained in plain words, and progress updates reach you without you having to ask.
We're based in Taipei, Taiwan, working with clients locally and around the world — from international brands like Bandai Hobby Taiwan to local businesses getting their first proper website.
